The Air League is an aviation society in the United Kingdom, founded in 1909.
The aims and mission of the Air League are to promote the cause of British aviation by:
- Providing opportunities for our members to discuss aviation matters with government and parliamentarians
- Liasing with Government, Parliament, the Armed Services, local authorities and the press
- Offering flying and engineering scholarships and bursaries - and careers advice - to encourage young people to follow a career in aviation
The current President of the Air League is Air Chief Marshal Sir Brian Burridge.
